Dr. Jason A. Phillips and his team at our dental office are here to show you that there’s nothing to be nervous about.
When you come in for your visit, we always welcome you with a smile. We take the time to get to know you and listen to your concerns, so we can make adjustments to ensure a pleasant experience. We also love doing the little things, such as explaining to kids what they can expect from their visit in a way they can understand, or giving away animal bibs, character toothbrushes, and more.

Lora
Lora has lived in Tennessee close to 44 years, with the exception of a short amount of that time spent living close to family in Oklahoma. She is a big time VOL fan and loves spending time with her husband Jerry and their two furry family members, Sadie and Loka. She started working in dentistry as an assistant in 1986 and graduated from ETSU as a Nationally Certified Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions. She loves the dental field and helping take care of Dr. Phillips’ patients
Jill
Jill was born and raised in Knoxville, TN. She grew up in the Halls community and now lives in Powell. She has worked here for 21 years and has enjoyed getting to know each patient and make them feel special. She enjoys spending time with her family on the lake, watching UT football and just having some quiet times at home.
Cindy D
Cindy D is a 2007 graduate from Anderson County Dental Assisting School. She trained at Kennedy Dentistry after she graduated. Cindy loves the dental field and seeing patients transform their smiles. She is important in helping Dr. Phillips take excellent care of his patients. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Adam, sons Colten and Carter and her fur-baby Susie.
Sarah
Sarah was born and raised in Knoxville, TN. She graduated from Dental Staff School and has been in dentistry for almost 2 years. She has been with Dr. Phillips for 1 year. She loves gaining relationships with her patients and taking care of their needs. Sarah’s great personality helps all of Dr. Phillips’ patients feel at ease in our office. In her spare time Sarah loves going for long rides with her husband, spending time with family and doing things with their 2 dogs Thor and Loki. She is also a huge VOLS fan and always supports her team!
Cindy M
Cindy M has been a Tennessean since 1990. Growing up with her dad as a dentist, she graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and Jackson, MS. She is currently perusing more education at ETSU. She enjoys spending time with her three grown boys and she is passionate about animals, cooking, reading and hiking.
